National Night Out

National Night Out is our popular yearly event when we invite the community to spend a family fun and exciting evening at Big Rapids DPS. Partnered with the Big Rapids Housing Commission and other community organizations we provide food, music, games and prizes free of charge to the community. This event is partnered with other National Night Out events going on across the country, U.S. Territories and U.S. Military bases worldwide on the same day.

This is event is specifically designed to engage the community in a proactive way to enhance our relationship with the community. We believe that these positive community interactions are what build and sustain our relationship with the residents and visitors of Big Rapids and the surrounding community. We have worked hard at providing a meaningful and fun event each of the past 19 years! We cannot do this event alone and sincerely thank our community partners in making the Big Rapids National Night Out a success.
