Application Process Overview
This document provides a one-page overview of the complete application process, including the timeline which starts when the City receives the Phase I Application.
Phase I Application Form
Application form which must be complete, with attachments, to start the application process.
Phase II Application Form
Application form which must be complete, with attachments, at the beginning of the second phase of the process.
This four-page document provides more direction to Applicants on how to complete the application forms and what information is needed with the various attachments.
This is one file which includes all four of the above documents.
To begin the application process, please submit one hard copy and one digital copy of the complete Phase I Application form, with all required attachments, to the City Clerk, Tamyra Gillis at City Hall, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 231-592-4020.
