Credit Card or Debit Card Payment
We have partnered with a credit card processing agency to provide you the option to pay your utility bills, parking tickets, and tax bills via credit card. There is a 3% "convenience fee" applied to utility bills and tax bills. There is a flat rate of $3.50 applied to all parking tickets. We accept all major credit cards.
Please write down all confirmation numbers provided to you at the end of a payment session and keep the confirmation numbers for your records.
An Accident Report
As an involved party in an accident, ordering a copy of the report is easy with LexisNexis® Police Reports. Eliminate the need to drive to the police department, find parking and stand in line to request a copy of your accident report. Save time and order from a secure website. You can quickly access and download a copy of the report without leaving your home or office.
Please have your parking ticket number, the state in which your vehicle is registered, and your vehicle's license plate number before beginning the online payment process. To use this payment method, the City requires that all outstanding tickets associated with the vehicle be paid. (Please note - when entering your parking ticket number please put (4) zeroes in front of the ticket number).
Please have your account number ready; it can be found on the right-hand side of your bill, ex. 1-123-123456-12. You will be asked to establish a password for your account. Once your account is established, your payment information will be stored and can be used to make future payments. If you wish to change your payment method, you will need to do so before you make your next payment.
If your account is scheduled for shutoff due to non-payment, please call (231)592-4005 to report the confirmation number of your payment.
Have your parcel identification number available, it can be found in the middle of the left column or the upper right-hand side of your tax bill. The identification begins with 54 and has the following format, 54-17-12-123-456. You will be asked to establish a password for your account. Once your password is established, your payment information will be stored and can be used to make future payments. If you wish to change your payment method, you will need to do so before you make your next payment.
